Supported Back Bend

Exhale and come to lie back onto the floor.

Inhale, bend your knees and bring them close towards your buttocks (A).

Exhale and press your elbows onto the floor

Inhale, arch your back, lift your chest and support both hips with your hands as you come into a supported back bend (B), and hold here for 10 breaths. Keep your core strong.

e. Nasagrai drishti – gaze at the top of the nose.

On your last exhale, gently lower your spine back onto the floor, keeping your knees bent.

Inhale, bringing both knees into your chest (C).

Gently rock sideways to release the tension on your back.
